While not necessary, upon purchase of bunny, we strongly recommend a visit to the veterinarian within 14 days. Following 14 days, we can no longer be held liable for the bunny's health and wellness. If there is an issue with your bunny's health and wellness within the initial 14 day window, please have the veterinarian reach out to us immediately, and we will refund accordingly. We cannot at any point be held liable for veterinarian bills. Bunny's cannot be refunded at any point simply because you do not want them anymore. If you do not want your bunny anymore, we will take them back with an updated veterinarian certificate that states the bunny is in good health. Following purchase of bunny, we ask that you please follow all directions to make a seamless transition to the bunny's new environment.
